Processing & Packaging Times

Orders of standard items typically ship out within 2 weeks. If your order contains any custom-build or custom-cut items, it may take up to 7 additional business days to ship. Feel free to send us a message or call (888) 341-5042 after placing an order for a more accurate ETA.

Transit Times

East Coast orders typically arrive within 3 days of ship-out date. Central US orders typically arrive within 4 days. West Coast orders typically arrive within 6 days. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping Cost Adjustments

Our website uses automated calculations from UPS to provide an estimated shipping cost. In 90% of cases, the estimate is correct, but occasionally the online quote does not match what UPS charges our distribution center. Occasionally we have to contact customers to let them know about shipping-related adjustments to their order. You will always be given the option for a full refund if shipping costs change.

Shipping Insurance

Some orders containing high-value items such as our stainless steel products will require insurance. We will contact you if additional insurance costs are required for your order.

Additional Packaging

If your order contains delicate items or products that are custom-bagged, we may need to assess a fee for the packaging materials. Our pricing is always listed as low as possible and does not leave room for us to cover additional costs such as extra packaging.
